Architectural Plans Online operates under “Hutchinson’s Designs”, a residential design practice which was incorporated in 2014.

Our Aim is to export our knowledge and skill to all 28 Caribbean islands, our core competence is architectural drawings for residential structures.

 

 

 

Message from the Owner

 

Hello! my name is Damar Hutchinson and I am the owner of Hutchinson’s Designs,

and my aim is to put a smile on all of my clients face no matter where in the Caribbean

they are located.

 

I love the vibe of the Caribbean especially the beaches, the music,

the sunshine and the people who live here. It is so amazing we have such a

beautiful environment to live, work and play.

 

I am always looking for ways to create products and services that will

help you to live a better life here in the Caribbean!

• We offer predesign building plans on our website as well as we offer custom design services and assist with the selection of a building contractor.

 

• We offer comprehensive residential design consulting to all our clients until their building is successfully completed.

 

• We assist property developers with preliminary site layout to complete set of detail drawings. (We work alongside a local engineer in that island or we use our Jamaican Engineer)  

 

• We customize each design to suit your land lot slope and shape, we ensure that the design/site layout also complies with your local building code or land covenant.
