Two (2) bedroom housing unit suitable for a small family, this design is suitable for scheme development. Owning a house like this is easier than ever before, we have developed all the design drawings needed to build this house on your own land. Affordable living at its best.
This design will be customized to suit your land base on your site plan/ report provided by your land surveyor. Our customization services are included in the cost for the complete construction drawings. Customization services include foundation designing, plumbing and electrical plans with details. Additional design customization will attract additional fees; these fees are based on how extensive your proposed customization will change the design.
Note: Changing window styles, doors styles and roof material are not billed as a customization request.
