This is a Two bedroom building which was develop as a sustainable design for a family seeking to go fully off grid for power and water supply.
This design will be customized to suit your land base on your site plan/ report provided by your land surveyor. Our customization services are included in the cost for the complete construction drawings. Customization services include foundation designing, plumbing and electrical plans with details. Additional design customization will attract additional fees; these fees are based on how extensive your proposed customization will change the design.
Note: Changing window styles, doors styles and roof material are not billed as a customization request.
