As we get on the first floor we can enjoy the garden area at the front which provides a great platform to relax and enjoy nature. Bedrooms are suited with bathroom and shared private balcony for recreation walk directly from your bedroom.
This design will be customized to suit your land base on your site plan/ report provided by your land surveyor. Our customization services are included in the cost for the complete construction drawings. Customization services include foundation designing, plumbing and electrical plans with details. Additional design customization will attract additional fees; these fees are based on how extensive your proposed customization will change the design.
Note: Changing window styles, doors styles and roof material are not billed as a customization request.

At this stage you will get an idea of the overall size of the building and how it will fit on your land. Design schematic drawings can be used to request bids from local construcion companies and feedback from your local building authority.
Turnaround time may take anywhere between 4-7 Days after confirming payment and all the required documents are submitted.
